Trainings and courses

Sometimes we accelerate learning by focusing and setting aside time to develop knowledge and skills in a specific area - then training/courses where experts teach and help you grow are suitable. Below is a selection of our courses:

Onboarding

Everyone who starts at Coor goes through an introduction program. You learn how to work safely and how to work to deliver quality. the introduction program is only the beginning of the development we will do together. When you start working, you will eventually find out what you need to learn more about and perhaps which new areas you want to develop in.

We surely have the best leaders. They are committed, inspiring and motivating. At Coor, we believe that you can develop both as a person and as a colleague. Coor Business School
Coor Business School er et kursus, vi tilbyder vores ledere og specialister, så de kan blive endnu skarpere på, hvordan vi hos Coor kan fortsætte vores videre succes. Gennem kurset styrker vi også vores netværk på tværs af Coor landene. Kurset varer tre dage og er højt værdsat.

Coor Service School

Coor Service School er en del af introforløbet for alle nye medarbejdere. Kurset er med til at skabe en fælles forståelse for, hvordan vi fungerer som virksomhed, hvordan vi passer på hinanden og sikrer at godt arbejdsmiljø, hvilke værdier vi har, og hvordan vi arbejder med service i Coor.

Ud over ovenstående har vi mange andre interne og eksterne kurser/uddannelser fx Dansk undervisning, fag specifikke kurser, 1. line manager training (leder kursus for ledere), Introkurser mv.
